Day 4

Today was supposed to be yoga but not realizing how much work needs to go into these meals we ended up making it our rest day (we get one a week, but normally aim for it to be Sunday.) So this morning my son and I went to the grocery store at 7am to get everything we needed, we got back a little after 8 and I started making our meals for the week and was in the kitchen until 4pm. After being in the kitchen that long standing I was pooped so we decided to do our workout on Sunday. After all those hours in the kitchen though I got all the meals ready to go and into the correct portion sizes for us to make it easier throughout the week. Below you can see everything I made and put into the fridge.
