Hello everyone and thank you for checking us out and holding us accountable. Ashley has thought about a fitness blog a year ago when she was pregnant but never got the motivation to blog or workout, fancy that lol. However our sister-in-law has inspired us to begin one! We have followed a mother/daughter and sister/sister weight loss blog and thought it would be cool to add a husband/wife one to the mix.
Nate and I are unable to find time to go to the gym right now since they don't allow children under 6 months in the childcare and seeing as Kenadi is only 3 months we decided to do P90x, right here at home. We are going follow the 90 day plan and both hope to have different results doing the same thing. Once we get this blog thing figured out better we will be posting our goals, stats, story, pictures and daily posts etc... Our official date of beginning is October 11th 2010.
If you are thinking why the wait in starting, let me fill you in. First off I will begin doing the workout today without following the meal plan but still making healthy choices. Nate had a minor surgery and is unable to begin working out this week but can begin next week. We then are headed out of town for a week and will be back on the 11th and will begin our program with the meal plan and workouts as scheduled. We will still post about workouts beginning today and start a countdown. We will also be figuring out how to make this blog the way we want it so you will be noticing some changes soon (hopefully).
