Ashley's Goals

1. Follow p90x workout plan and work out for 90 days
2.Eating clean for 90 days (meaning no cheating!!) Only eating the ok foods and following the meal plan.
3. Drink 4 water bottles a day (100oz)
4. Loose at least 2-3lbs a week
5. Goal weight is 135lbs and/or able to fit back into pre-pregnancy pants (size 4-6)
