Day 3 (12 days until official start)

Bad bad me! I was fully ready to work out when Nate got home from work, however he was in a very bad mood, sore and really tired so I felt bad for making him watch both kids so I could work out and just told him I would wait until Blake went down. Lesson learned though after Blake went to bed I was starving and really not in a workout mood (definitely not a good excuse!) Then last night I had an awful night of sleep with Kenadi so no matter what type of mood comes home today I am working out because I am sure I won't have the energy after Blake goes down tonight!

  1. Finding balance is Difficult... I found that going to dance class even when I didn't feel like it seemed to always help me feel better. Working out the same time every day is difficult when trying to coordinate kid's schedules. So I have been inspired by your blog to do something. So the twins have kindergarten club with soccer on Mondays. That is when I take JJ on a long 2 hour walk. Woohoo! Now to do something more often...

  2. Good job Ang something is always better than nothing! Balancing is the toughest part here and yes just showing up to do it is a must you always feel so much better after. It is just reminding ourselves of how good we feel after that we have to keep telling ourselves!
