Day 1 (14 days until official start)

So as you can see I have not had time today to figure much out about navigating around this blogger thing. However, as busy as my day was I am happy to announce I completed the first workout during Blake's nap time today. One of the things said on the video that I am going to have to remind myself often and I thought it may be helpful to all the others out there trying to do a fitness program is "get out of your head all you gotta do is show up!" When I really sat and thought about that I thought how true is that and how easy, it also will be helpful on days I am feeling exhausted.

Today's workout was chest, arms, back and abs: It was a good workout but at the end I didn't feel like I was sweating enough. I know how tough the workout is and know how sore you can be so I didn't want to overdo it the first workout but hopefully I didn't talk myself into taking it too easy. I guess we will find out tomorrow on how sore I am and at least this is just getting me ready for the official start day so I am totally ready to "bring it!"

Woo hoo for completing day 1, tomorrow is a cardio workout and I am sure it will be intense!
